Hi, I’m Julie from Saltwater Fit. I’m a personal trainer & nutrition coach, who loves to empower women through fitness to go after whatever it is they want.

I created this program from my own personal journey of transformation. I was inspired to strengthen and reshape my glutes when I learned I had weak glute muscles that were causing imbalances in my body. And since I was living on the beach in Costa Rica, I also wanted to feel more confident in my bikini.
