To show you how easy it can be to prioritize 20 minutes a day and how effective short, intense workouts can be. Plus you’ll have a group of peeps plus us keeping you accountable and cheering you on along the way. All you need to do to participate in the challenge is sign up here. Your challenge will be to complete 7 workouts in 10 days between January 2 – January 12, 2017.

#Intense20 Details

Dates: January 2 – January 12, 2017

Challenge: Complete 7 workouts over the course of 10 days. We’ll give you the workouts or you can do your own. The only requirements are that they are 20 minutes in length and intense.

Prizes: If you complete 7 workouts in 10 days AND post a picture from your workout on Instagram or Facebook, tag @saltwaterfit, and use all of the contest hash tags you’ll qualify to win prizes. Yay! (More details on how to post these pictures will be sent to you once you sign up).

Contest Hashtags:

  1. #Intense20
  2. #LeanerandStronger
  3. #Workout#1 (or whatever workout you are on)

Education: You’ll also receive nutrition tips through email to compliment your exercise during the challenge. Combining the 2 will help you get the most out of this challenge. Once you’re all signed up more details will come via email.
