Do I have to buy something to set up a call?
No. This is a free chat. It may sound too good to be true, but we really love helping people out. You don’t need to buy something before, or after you chat with us.

Can I ask nutrition, exercise, or lifestyle related questions?
Yep, you can ask us anything you want! If we don’t know the answer, we know someone who does.

Is 30 minutes enough time to actually get my questions answered?
We think so, we do it all the time. We’ll make sure you leave the session with at least 1-2 tips that you can immediately start using in your daily life.

Is the information I provide confidential?
Yes, absolutely. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with anyone.
