My Costa Rica Story
Moving to Costa Rica marked a shift in my mindset from “what I thought I was supposed to be doing” to a new way of thinking “what was I meant to be doing”.
I finally gave myself permission to pursue more of what I wanted to do without expectation and judgment. Total freedom.

You’ve probably caught on by now that the guy I am talking about is Nick. It wasn’t long after our serendipitous meeting, we brainstormed our very first beach boot camp and the seed for Saltwater Fit was planted. That was over 7 years ago.
