A few months back we ran our first ever-online fat loss program. And boy did the results blow our flip-flops off. (I would have said socks but you guys are smart and know there isn’t much sock wearing here at the beach)
Nick and I knew all along we had a killer program that worked but we didn’t know just how well it worked until we got the results. And today we want to share with you one of the impressive transformation stories from the program.

Life Before the Program
Before joining the program, Luz was trying to make healthy choices and keep up her workouts but found that life could easily get in the way. Social events and business dinners were especially challenging.
This is something I think we can all relate to. It can be tough when you are eating out to find the healthy alternative on the menu and when you’re socializing skipping that second cocktail can feel impossible.
But Listen to what Luz said about just that:
“An obstacle for me has always been business meetings or networking events when I am building rapport with potential clients, etc. In those situations I can find it difficult to make the healthiest choice. I don’t want to make a fuss, or be perceived as picky, so it is easiest to just go with the flow”.
“But after using the fat loss strategies I now limit the number of business meetings per week and plan for them accordingly (using a cheat meal). Now I also have a trigger and your systems to manage my meals so I stay within goal”.

These results speak for themselves. A total of 15 inches lost all over her body and a 12 pound weight reduction. But what I think is worth noting above all else is the 9 inch reduction from her waist.
Why is waist circumference such an important metric for health?
An increased waist circumference puts you at a greater risk for many cardio metabolic abnormalities. It has also been linked to an increased risk for type 2 diabetes. Read study here
Abdominal fat (also known as visceral fat) is different than other fat on your body. This is because it lies deep underneath your skin around your organs. As visceral fat accumulates it starts to release inflammatory markers that disrupt normal metabolic activity and can lead to increased blood sugar and other cardiovascular abnormalities.
However, studies have linked the reduction of abdominal fat to decreased risk of developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. Read study here
Sustainable results that will transform lives
This is something we really get excited about over here. Not only has Luz shrunk her dress size, increased her energy levels, and found new self-confidence, but she has reduced her risk for developing chronic disease in the future. That is something to definitely have a dance party about.
And when we recently caught up with Luz to check in with her she told us she has continued on with her success even 4 months after completion of the program. The change in mindset towards nutrition and fitness has been the key to Luz’s sustainable results!
Now I know we have been telling you about how amazing the Fat Loss Program is, but I don’t want to take away anything from Luz and the work she put into her transformation. Without her dedication, effort, and time she would not have achieved these results.
